During my time in office, I have been an effective advocate for my constituents by working across the aisle, being proactive and engaged on issues important to my district and by putting the needs of those I represent above the political considerations. 

I remain passionate about implementing a comprehensive fiscal plan to ensure robust ferry service, healthy fisheries management, consistent PFDs, strong public safety, and investment in education and other essential services regardless the price of oil. 

I am running for election to be your State Senator because I believe that my experience and proven leadership, relationship across the aisle, and determination on behalf of my constituents make me the best person for the job.  I am humbly asking for your support in moving our district and State forward.
